Need ability to manually add a credit to a customer account even if they did not generat an advocate email.

A similar/duplicate idea got issued:
> Its really demanding feature and is missing from your plugin. Admins should allowed to add store credits manually from admin to advokates and customers accounts.
There is also another one, slightly related, which suggests doing so per order.
