Pick List for WooCommerce

We sell food related items and need to trace the batch number and related information.
The system needs to suggest the batch to pick based on a FIFO system. When picking the picker must be forced to scan the batch number on the label (in our case a QR code) but has the ability to override the batch information. System should just warn him that he picked a different batch.
The batch number must be stored against the order and we must be able to search and trace all orders that where sent with a specific batch.
