Booking’s confirmation emails, reminder emails and WooCommerce order processing emails should include “add to calendar” links.
This appears to require different formatting for all the different calendar platforms:

Hi there,
Thank you for your suggestion!
Great news! This feature was shipped in WooCommerce Bookings 3.5.0 (2026-04-20)!
Therefore, I am marking this request as completed. Please update to 3.5.0 or later to access this feature.
Hi there,
We recently consolidated a few related requests into this one. In doing so, we noticed some additional perspectives worth capturing here:
– **Admin receives invite, customer does not**: At least one user noted that the admin already receives a calendar invite upon booking, but the customer/buyer does not — making this an existing gap rather than a wholly new feature.
– **Add to calendar at checkout**: Beyond including a link in post-booking emails, some users want an option to add the event to their calendar of choice directly on the checkout or order confirmation page, before any email is sent.
We’ve noted these for the team when reviewing this request.
YES! The iCal is only sent with the booking emails but it should also be sent with the order info if it includes a booking. I don’t send the booking confirmation email because customer gets too many emails, especially since all the bookings are already included in the order confirmation.
This is looking pretty interesting you should now use this kind of ideas in the blog just like https://waterheaterbuzz.com/water-heater-maintenance-checklist/ they also did the same.
