It would be good if we could mass import bookings from a csv file (from a previous booking record) into WC Bookings. I am in a situation now where several previous bookings are going to have to be manually entered so that the available bookings takes into account bookings made before WC Bookings was activated on this site.

We are glad to let you know that this has been addressed in WooCommerce Bookings 3.6.0. A dedicated bookings CSV importer is now built into the plugin. You can access it from Bookings > All Bookings using the Import button in the toolbar.
The importer walks you through a step-by-step process: upload your CSV file, map your columns to the corresponding booking fields, and run the import. It processes bookings in batches, so large files are handled without timing out. Once complete, you get a full summary showing how many bookings were imported, skipped, or flagged with a warning, along with a detailed log you can review.

Hi there,
We recently consolidated a related request into this one. In doing so, we noticed an additional use case worth capturing:
– **Export** of existing booking data (not just import) — users need to extract booking records for reporting, migration, or backup purposes.
We’ve noted this for the team when reviewing this request.
Bulk import bookings would also be useful for a class or event sign-in attendance sheet. Having a quick kiosk-style form for people to quickly select or add their name to a specific class or event and then import and assign them to the correct booking item would be really super.
How can we import a bunch of existing bookings?
