Ultimate Payment Plans for WooCommerce

The Ultimate Payment Plan plugin is calculating total on the product Regular or Sales Prices both of which I do not use. I would like the Deposit and Balance by Payment Plan be calculated by the Total in the Cart or Checkout page. If this is not possible, then I would have to request a refund. The plugin advertisement that the deposit and plan can be done at Checkout or Cart page, this is not the case and it does not meet my requirements.
