Can’t add the store

Hello,
I bought woocommerce booking, but I can’t connect to my store.
The plugin is correctly uploaded. But in “My subscription”, it said I needed to buy again.
I tried to transfer to another account “Email”, which also not working.
May I ask how can I add to the store?

    Disconnect the store in WordPress and reconnect – worked for me.

    Same here – any solutions at all? Annual renewal for the plugins are dwindling day by day….

    We also have same problem. Can’t add store to our account or activate plugin on different site.

    I have the same issue. I can’t add the store in woocommerce nor does my plugins that I purchased connect to the store. Need solution fast.
