Conditional Extra Fees for WooCommerce

The Koala Apps Order Delivery Date and Time for WooCommerce plugin allows customers to select their delivery date. I’d like a conditional cart percentage-based fee to be applied based on the date they chose, such as “within 7 days” to integrate these two plugins (or if the Conditional Extra Fees plugin could add a delivery date selector for setting conditions)

My use case is to provide a “rush processing” fee for handmade items that require longer lead times.
