Date formats for datepicker and elsewhere

Would be good if the dateformat within the date-ranges input and elsewhere in the plugin was configurable, so it could work as UK date, dd/mm/yyyy, or maybe by getting the dateformat from the already existing dateformat setting for wordpress?

Bump, this should absolutely get integrated ASAP.

This is an important thing to fix on WooCommece Bookings. The fact that the date format cannot be changed to dd/mm/yy in WooCommerce Bookings is actually, for me, a bug… Hard to believe that this has not been fixed for at least more than a year… for a paid product…

The same goes for the time format. An am/pm time format is not the one used in my part of the world. The fact that WooCommerce Bookings doesn’t allow to change it to a 24hrs time format, which is used in very large areas of the world, creates problems and errors. It is disturbing.

Please see here – https://gist.github.com/mlconnor/1887156 – a listing of countries with their preferred date formats. As you can see there, there are numerous countries using the date format dd/MM/yyyy or d/MM/yyyy such as Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, United Kingdom, India, Ireland, Italy, and this is only a part of the list. I am sure you have customers in these countries who would appreciate their time format and date format to be integrated.

Date and time format arealso a basic feature of WordPress https://codex.wordpress.org/Formatting_Date_and_Time… so why wouldn’t it be applied also on a plugin? It is basic…

    Thank you
