Currently, when adding tracking information to an order within the PayPal plugin, users must manually select the shipping carrier from a dropdown menu for each individual shipment. This adds an unnecessary step and slows down the process, especially for businesses handling a large volume of orders.
We kindly request a new feature that allows users to set a default shipping carrier. With this enhancement, a pre-selected shipping company would automatically appear when adding tracking details to an order. Users would then only need to paste the tracking number, significantly streamlining the workflow and improving efficiency. This “set and forget” option for the most frequently used carrier would eliminate the need for repetitive dropdown selections, saving valuable time and reducing the potential for errors.
