I totally get the struggle with duplicate GTINs on Google Merchant Center, especially for items like Hot Wheels! We really need that MPN field to properly differentiate products, hope they add it soon!
Many of the products I sell in my store have duplicate GTINs (i.e. Hot Wheels). What distinguishes them is the manufacturer part number (“MPN”) which Google Merchant Center requires if there are duplicate GTINs. Please add this new MPN field feature as soon as possible. Thank you!!
Ridiculous !! I have 4500 + products how am suppose to add the MPN and Brand name? one by one. I can’t believe you launched an e-commerce product and did not have the foresight to think that we would need to add the manufacturer part# and brand name. Please implement this ASAP

Also ensure MPN, GTIN, etc are automatically added to order meta, so that orders sent out by API have the necessary data.

They must add 2 fields: EAN (GTIN) & MPN
