Hi there! We sell a custom, downloadable, item that is not created until after an order is placed. We need the ability to attach the files to the customer’s account (for access in their orders/downloads) area and/or with a link to download it. We’d like to be able to set expiration, if any, and to view downloads.
This is a must have feature for us, that we’ve been unable to find in any add-on, and we would be willing to pay a fair, billable, price to have it added.

We’re pleased to inform you that this functionality is already available in our plugin. You can attach files to customer orders after the order is placed and make them accessible from the customer’s My Account → Orders/Downloads section or via a secure download link.
The plugin also allows you to:
– Make attachments available only for specific order statuses you select
– Set an expiry date for individual attachments

Hi, and thank you for your reply. Sorry I have been so delayed in responding. I just want to clarify that I need the ability to “attach” custom files (items created for a customers particular order) just to ONE CUSTOMERS order for them to be able to download/access via their my-orders and/or downloads area. Each order is custom, so it’s not bulk uploads, or product uploads…. I am attaching a finished product directly to the customers order in the ORDERS view… that’s what I need to accomplish….
…Does this plugin still fit that need? Is there the opportunity to talk via email or on your official site?
