We have a venue with various areas available for booking. My client is not technical, and needs to be able to manage bookings via Google Calendar.
Currently, when they add an event to the Google Calendar, the entire site is made unavailable. This isn’t agreeable. If I add the booking via WooCommerce/Bookings, there is no ability to add details (name of the person we are booking for).
The further limitation is that we need to restrict the window of availability, while being able to manually add bookings. The only way to do this is to block the dates and times as unavailable at product level, but this is unsatisfactory, as these blocks don’t sync with Google Calendar, making double bookings possible.
It would be wonderful if it was possible to add bookings via Google calendar that are product specific, and that could be booked outside the availability window please.
