Stripe for WooCommerce

Currently, when using apple pay, there are three groups of information used from apple pay
contact (email, phone)
ship to (address details)
method (shipping method)

it would be nice to have a hook that can disable that and these details will be taken from the default checkout form, currently, the details from the checkout form are not taken into consideration.

I understand, that thats the idea of fast checkout, but in many stores, there is the need of using apple pay (and the rest of the payment methods) only for processing the payment.
