Improve customer history

Customer history is a great addition to Woocommerce and it helps alot!

It will be great if you could add these things to it too:

Returned, refused, refunded orders by this customer.

This way we can track users creating false orders with same credentials.

    The refund and return history angle is a really important one – knowing a customer has a pattern of refused or refunded orders before you dispatch is exactly the kind of signal that should be on the orders screen, not buried in individual order records.

    There’s a plugin called OrderBadger that addresses this through automatic badge rules. You write something like “customer has 2 or more previous refunds and order total is over £100 and customer has 3 or more previous paid orders” and those orders get a visible warning badge in the orders list before anything ships. Your team sees the pattern the moment the order arrives rather than discovering it after the fact, which sounds like it addresses what you’re looking for
