Currently, customers do not have the ability to modify the delivery interval of their existing subscriptions. This limitation can be inconvenient, especially for businesses offering flexible delivery schedules, such as food boxes, personal care products, or other recurring orders.
Would it be possible to introduce a feature that allows customers to adjust their subscription interval directly from their account? Ideally, this could be done in a way that:
Allows users to switch between predefined intervals. Ensures the billing cycle and next payment date are adjusted accordingly. Works seamlessly with existing subscription management options like upgrading or downgrading a plan.
This feature would significantly improve user experience and reduce the need for manual intervention from store administrators.
If this is something already in consideration, I would love to know if there is a roadmap for its implementation.
