Returns and Warranty Requests for WooCommerce

I am using this to manage returns. I don’t need the warranty window showing in the cart, on the product, during checkout, etc. I only want a button in their order history to make the return (much like Amazon). Yes I have hidden most of this via css but somethings I need to make verbage changes. For example, when someone is making the return, I don’t think I’ve ever seen it described as Expiry Date. Clearly that is for warranties, but as this plugin is for both, options to make it read more natural would be great. I also don’t want to do exchanges but I cannot toggle this on and off. I can only toggle returns and store credit.
