Give an overview which products have been ordered how many times so owner can prioritize on products with multiple pre-orders.
so far there is a list of all pre-orders which lists every single pre-order.

That’s a fair ask — a flat list of every individual pre-order isn’t very useful for prioritization once you have several products with active pre-orders; you need to see totals per product, not just a raw log.
Smart Pre-Order Manager for WooCommerce includes an overview showing pre-order counts per product, so you can quickly see which items have the most demand instead of tallying from a full list.
