Returns and Warranty Requests for WooCommerce

Hi,
I would like a quote for a custom development, please. ( add Returns and Warranty requests for woocommerce)
I want the customer to register their product when they receive it in order to link the product warranty to a unique product. They must enter the unique key marked on the product they have received via a form. This activates the warranty on a single product.
Then, in their order, they can request a return following a breakdown by specifying the ID of the associated product.
Can you do this?
