My client has a site where pricing and shipping would need to be tied to customer roles. Is it possible to add role-based shipping?

    you could try use the woocommerce-role-based-methods plugin for that.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, this feature is not available. You would need a Advanced Conditional Shipping extension to setup dynamic shipping prices based user roles and more.
