Seperate email template for new Customer notes on Subscriptions

Hello,

I’d like to have a separate email template for Customer notes on subscriptions.
For example, currently the default WC email template uses:

Note added to your {site_title} order from {order_date}

Which is fine for normal orders. But i’d like to be able to change this for subscriptions.
