Stripe Billing was recently released by Stripe and offers a much more robust environment for subscription (and 1x) products. Would prefer to utilize their new offering for handling all the recurring charges instead of from Woocommerce creating new orders each time.
They now have the concept of Products and Subscriptions (instead of Plans) so should be able to map 1:1 with the Woocommerce products/subscriptions.

Support for WooCommerce Subscriptions in a payment gateway needs to be implemented by the gateway provider themselves — the Subscriptions team maintains the integration API, but the gateway-side work is outside our scope.
