Support Convert Vietnam Dong to USD

Support Convert Vietnam Dong to USD automatically please.
My store is in Viet Nam, and I have set price currency in VND. I also sell for global market via Paypal Payment gate. However, Paypal does not support VND directly. I need Paypal Payments plugin help to convert from VND to USD (automatically rate) (supported by Paypal) to help global check out.
