Stripe for WooCommerce

Summary:
Add support for integrating pickup point selection (e.g., Packeta or similar carriers) into the Express Checkout flow when customers use Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Problem:
Currently, Express Checkout methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay bypass the standard WooCommerce checkout form, which prevents customers from selecting a pickup point for their shipment. This creates a poor user experience for stores that rely on pickup point delivery (such as Packeta), as customers can’t choose where to collect their order.

Suggested Solution:
Enable a way for Express Checkout to either:

Allow a post-payment step for customers to select their pickup point, or

Provide a hook/filter developers can use to integrate custom pickup-point selection logic into the Express Checkout flow before finalizing the order.

Benefits:

Greatly improves compatibility with popular shipping methods.

Preserves the speed of Express Checkout while maintaining correct shipping data.

Increases adoption of Stripe among WooCommerce merchants in regions where pickup delivery is dominant.

Example use case:
A customer wants to pay with Apple Pay and pick up their order from a local Packeta pickup point. Currently, this is not possible because Express Checkout automatically uses the address from the wallet, skipping the pickup point selector.
