    Tax section is by default added in the WooCommerce settings. Here’s is the doc which can be helpful to you: https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/

    Wholesale For WooCommerce is not handling the tax section. It works on pricing not on commission.
