Order Tags for WooCommerce

We are looking for a feature that will highlight orders that have been “processing” or other status for a certain amount of time. Like, if in processing for 48 hours, add tag “overdue” or something similar. Or if order is marked complete after a week, mark “follow up” or other similar things. This would be tremendously helpful. There is a plugin that does this with statuses already (Order Status Rules for WooCommerce), but tags would be SUPER helpful.
