Customer Upload Files for WooCommerce

I’m using this plugin alongside a subscription plugin to allow customers to upload their identification before leasing our appliances. Once a user becomes a subscriber and their ID is verified, they should not be required to upload it again. However, the plugin currently displays the ID upload field even for existing subscribers — for example, when they try to lease a new appliance or update their payment method after a missed payment. We only want the upload field to appear for new users subscribing for the first time.
