2022-07-06 – version 1.7.43
Fix – Contact information is overwritten issue by adding an email address in the contact name.

… I have found for WooCommerce orders for any new customer that the contact name in Xero is having the their email address appended.
EG Contact Name: “Joe Bloggs (joe.bloggs@gmail.com)”
The contact name in this format then appears on an invoice.

Note that while the contact name has the email appended, the “Primary Contact” and email fields are correct (separate).
Also all the details in WooCommerce are correct and do not have this behaviour.
Also the behaviour is the same for a (new) registered user as for a “guest” user.
