TikTok for WooCommerce

Why is there no classification for virtual and digital products between woo commerce and tik tok shop and tik tok business centre? I’ve spent the last 5 months trying to catalogue my digital woo commerce event tickets and import them to tik tok shop and it has been impossible. The system does not facilitate this and is really drawn out and complicated. I’ve enlisted the help of 2 web developers and both of them were unable to find a solution? I eventually managed to speak to tik tok teams about the issue and both tik tok shop and tik tok business centre were unable to solve this issue. I was constantly asked to do all the obvious things we had all already tried, that hadn’t worked. It seemed like they thought that continually trying the same thing might give us a different outcome? It didn’t. I’ve given up on trying to get my products onto tik tok shop as it doesn’t facilitate this.
