Our shipping scale weighs packages only by pounds and ounces. We would beg of you to make your weight entry fields include both a pounds and ounces field (Not one or the other) so we dont have to do math on every label order over 1 pound to convert to all ounces or divide ounces by 16 to get “tenths” of a pound.

Additionally, the drop down menu resets to pounds with every label creation, which is an unnecessary extra step for our fulfillment team to have to select ounces on every label purchase.
