Our shipping scale weighs packages only by pounds and ounces. We would beg of you to make your weight entry fields include both a pounds and ounces field (Not one or the other) so we dont have to do math on every label order over 1 pound to convert to all ounces or divide ounces by 16 to get “tenths” of a pound.
Additionally, the drop down menu resets to pounds with every label creation, which is an unnecessary extra step for our fulfillment team to have to select ounces on every label purchase.

The system should remember the user’s last selected unit (e.g., Trees Hate You ounces) or allow a default preference setting. These improvements would streamline the workflow, reduce errors, and significantly enhance efficiency for fulfillment teams.
The dropdown resetting to pounds after every label creation is a small but impactful design flaw. Repetitive actions like this can slow down operations and frustrate users over time, particularly when processing many shipments in a row.
