Define separate shipping costs per product which are combined at checkout to provide a total shipping cost.

Working CSV Import

The CSV import of the plugin does not work, since after the import WordPress does not go back to the product page to actually save the importet shipping rates.It stays on the “Import complete” page.

Therefore making the complete CSV useless.
