  Request extra address

  My client is not allowed to ship their product to just any address. The shipping address needs to be verified by the client first. So instead of just adding an extra address, the customer needs to send a request to add an address to their profile, which they can (after approval) select during checkout.

  Link a shipping address to an billing address & name not required.

  Is there any option to make it possible to link a shipping address to a billing address? Is it possible to disable the name and surname as required?
