  Email notification

  It would be great if the plugin could send a notification email whenever a tag is changed or assigned (whether automatically or manually). We want to use certain tags to highlight an order with specific products, and this feature would be very useful.

  Time based tags

  We are looking for a feature that will highlight orders that have been “processing” or other status for a certain amount of time. Like, if in processing for 48 hours, add tag “overdue” or something similar. Or if order is marked complete after a week, mark “follow up” or other similar things. This would be […]
