Allow the saved addresses to be able to be selected when doing manual orders from the backend orders page.
When have default addresses in back-end user profile, they should show in front-end under My Addresses and not have to be manually entered. Also, allow multiple addresses in back-end when manual orders are placed or “shop as customer” so have all addresses available.
