Our customers are complaining they don’t receive any updates on orders. While an email is send and the link can be seen on the order complete page. It will help UX to show a track order button next to the view order button on the my account page.
It would be useful to buy postage’s like parcel force, evri etc straight from the dashboard
I find it absurd that Kosovo hasn’t yet been added to the list of countries, which forces users from here to select Albania instead (it’s something that obviously leads to unneccesary confusion). As well as creates problems when it comes to tracking orders.

You already have a lot of UPS options available when we need to add the tracking info in an order. It would be nice to have UPS.fr as one of them for our customer sent in french speaking countries
In Australia, “Fastway Couriers” have been acquired by “Aramex”. There should be a way to easily change the name and web address of existing couriers in this plugin. In the meantime, can the Fastway/Aramex details be updated/corrected in the next extension update please?
