  Add DDP service capability to DHL Express shipping

  DDP (Deliver Duty Paid) service is required for all US-to-EU consumer sales. DDP is the ONLY affordable solution for a small business to comply with EU tax laws. Otherwise a roughly $15,000 per year service is required to maintain a VAT account in an EU country.

  Allow you to use your own DHL and USPS accounts contracts.

  You should be able to use your own account contracts (and associated API keys) with an option for low volume users to buy retail labels from through the plugin.

  Print USPS Postage Outside of Orders

  Sometimes we need to ship packages that are not associated with an order (warranty replacements, samples, etc.), and it would be great to be able to print postage through WooCommerce and take advantage of the USPS commercial discount. Thanks for considering this!

  Add ability to enter VAT collected for DHL shipments to the UK

  Currently all DHL shipments show no duties or taxes collected on shipments to the UK. We are now required to collect VAT in the US so it would speed the shipment through UK Customs if that could be entered in the shipping information.
