The Plugin is currently noch compatible with Price based on Country. This results in a bug. When the store credit is used on a subscription renewal with an alternativ (not default) currency of the shop, the store credit is never fully applied. There is always an amount left on the store credit. Thank you.
Allow some coupons to work together but then to exclude other coupons. E.G. Allow coupon 1 + 2 to work together, Coupon 1 + 3 to work together but not coupon 2 + 3

It would be useful to us if when applying a discount based on quantity, the discount didn’t apply to the first item. So for a single product, 1 is full price, 2, 3, 4 and so on have the discount applied.
