It’s common in the UK that billing and shipping addresses differ, especially with e-commerce sites where customers sells a lot of gifts which often ship to a different address to that of the billing address. So when editing the checkout page it wouyld be good to be able to change the order, so that billing comes before shipping

The way discounts are applied in Woocommerce does not make sense. The discount should be reflected in the subtotal amount. When I set up products in Cross-Sell or Up-Sell section (https://woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/), they are saved in random (i think alphabetical) order. In e-commerce it’s really problematic, because I can’t determine which products will be shown first.
