When creating invoices, the plugin uses the default payment terms set in Xero in the organisation settings. If a contact has custom payment terms, it’s never reflected on the invoice.
i cant believe product addons arent enabled in this plugin! please add the function for this as without it anyone using the product addon plugin cant use this plugin as it doersnt add any of the info that will be required on the invoice from the product addons
Hi there, Spoke to a colleague around the plugin voiding invoices if an order is cancelled in WordPress in Xero. It would be very helpful to automate this rather than update in WordPress and Xero and they suggested I send a feature request around this. Hope it helps.
There should be a way to alert us that an order didn’t send successfully to Xero. Perhaps in the orders table screen add a column with a status of whether it was sent to Xero. Or send an email to the admin whenever sending to Xero fails. We had orders fail to send to Xero […]
I’m trying to use this hook, but I don’t want to send the SKU to Xero, as we don’t use inventory items. I need it to be able to give a different account code depending on the product category or SKU prefix. A third parameter sending the SKU or product ID would really help.
