WooCommerce Bookings 3.7.0 improves availability accuracy for group and person-based bookings, makes the booking form easier to use with assistive technologies, and fixes a timezone issue in the product editor.
The calendar no longer shows a day as available when the remaining capacity falls below the minimum number of people required per booking. Before, a customer could pick a day, work through the booking flow, and only hit a wall at the end when there weren’t enough spots left to meet your minimum. Now those days show as unavailable up front, so customers only see — and only book — dates they can actually complete. This is most noticeable on group or person-based bookings that use minimum persons per booking and person-based capacity.
The booking form is also more accessible. Calendar navigation labels are clearer, the date picker gives better guidance to assistive technologies, and time slot selection reads more clearly for screen readers. Customers who rely on assistive tech get a booking experience that’s easier to follow, and the accurate calendar means fewer of them land on a date that can’t be booked.
Availability times on the product edit screen now display correctly when your store’s admin timezone differs from the site timezone. If you’d set availability while those two timezones were out of sync, the times shown could be misleading — this release makes them match, so you can set booking windows without second-guessing which time you’re actually looking at.
How to get it
Update to WooCommerce Bookings 3.7.0 from your WooCommerce dashboard — Plugins > Installed Plugins, or WooCommerce > Extensions. The fixes apply automatically once you’re on the latest version. This release updates the booking form’s frontend templates — if you or your agency use custom Bookings template overrides, review them after updating to pick up the latest improvements.
