UPS Ground Saver labels carry both a UPS and a USPS barcode, because USPS can complete the final delivery. Ground Saver rates now show a note on the rate card and on the purchased label panel telling you to give the package to UPS only. The service itself hasn’t changed. The instruction is now visible at the point you choose the rate and again when you print. Shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories, Freely Associated States, and military addresses now shows a notice explaining that USPS customs requirements vary by shipment direction, contents, weight, and service. The customs form stays available on those routes because UPS, FedEx, and DHL can still require documentation for the same destination.
On the fixes: if accepting the UPS terms fails because your store has reached its origin address limit, the label flow now says so directly, instead of showing a generic terms error that retrying won’t clear. On orders split into multiple shipments, the rate you selected and the weight you typed now stay put when you switch between shipment tabs. Rate requests for destinations with no phone number or company name are handled cleanly rather than writing errors to your site log.
