Civapark: Geneva Airport Parking
Civapark is a secure indoor parking facility at Geneva Airport in Switzerland.
Open 24 hours a day and seven days a week, customers are able to reserve and pay for their vehicle’s parking spot as well as premium valet services online. A shuttle to the airport terminal is also offered. The parking garage is conveniently located 150m from the entrance of Geneva Airport, with vehicle pick-up at Le Lumion.

The company’s online parking reservation system is powered by WooCommerce. “Civapark…wanted to have a website for the complete management of their parking lot at Genève Aéroport,” explains VivaWeb. “We used a [WooCommerce] booking system and online banking payment (PostFinance) with ACF and a lot of customization to achieve it.”
The site needed to be multilingual (French, German, and English), allowing travelers to pay for their reservation online or in person at the car park. The VivaWeb team added automatic customer notification reminders for Google My Business and Facebook. Airport parking rates also needed to vary according to seasons and promotions.
Further complexity was required for bookable valet services – different types of seats and options (such as interior or exterior cleaning, vehicle washes, and inventory) needed to be catered for.
