Cola Gourmet is a meal delivery service bringing chef-prepared meals to the greater Columbia, South Carolina area.
With a love of local, ethically-sourced ingredients, their well-thought-out weekly menus strive for a healthy balance of portion and nutrition.
Once customers select their meals for the week, the Cola Gourmet team gets to work preparing each dish. All meals are prepared to order and delivered fresh and fully cooked – never frozen.
Chef Keith Campbell is committed to clean eating and prepares food the way it was meant to be enjoyed: healthy and delicious. He shies away from using artificial preservatives, excessive sodium, or any added sugars. His menus are updated on a regular basis to take advantage of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
