This Gold Coast, Australia-based school was founded in 2016 by Peter Mills and Imelda Bordiss, aiming to teach individuals, couples, corporate parties, and kids to feel confident, inspired, and excited about cooking.

Utilizing current seasonal produce sourced from farmers in their local area for their delicious, creative, healthy dishes, Icon The Cookery School look to engage with anyone passionate about cooking, eating, and enjoying food.
