Kawacom Hellas is a leading importer and distributor in the Greek espresso market.

The B2B company has operated in Greece for more than 15 years, expanding to Cyprus in 2017. They describe themselves as “devoted believers of caffeine and loyal allies of every entrepreneur looking to spread coffee culture.”

Kawacom Hellas is the exclusive representative of brands such as Kawa Coffees, Ipanema Espresso, and Utopia Coffees for the Greek and Cypriot markets.

“Once we bring our coffees all across the world to Greece, we make sure they are tested thoroughly before roasting, resting, and handling them carefully in our closely monitored microclimate warehouses.”

Not only does it provide espresso machines and technical support, but Kawacom also facilitates seminars and barista training in multiple specialties within the Greek coffee industry.

This service is part of a four-step approach, dubbed the Kawacom System, which also includes logistics.

The site’s bold, modern design was such a hit that it even triggered the rebranding of most Kawacom products.

Its website – developed by EXIS and designed by Ruto Design Studio –  uses a fluid structure, with elements escaping the grid to communicate the out-of-the-box thinking and brand personality.

The site connects to an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for dynamic store management.

“We integrated WooCommerce with Kawacom Hellas’s ERP infrastructure to import and update products and insert orders directly to the ERP,” explains Dennis Miliopoulos of EXIS.
