Painless management

A dedicated admin page lists the requests, allowing a quick overview over them. Reaching the order page will be possible to leave a simple reply or also approve/refuse the request.

Upon approval, the plugin will automatically fill the WooCommerce refund form: only takes a click to complete the process!

LC Refunds Requests offers a customizable file attachment engine for admins or customers. Choose allowed file types, number, and size — even make a file required to open a request.

E-mail Notifications

While totally optional, a true professional shop cannot miss this feature: inform customers and managers about refund requests status. Is possible to inform admins about new refund requests or customer replies or also notify the customer whenever its request has been answered!

Each e-mail is fully customizable with special text placeholders and a true e-mail test.
