Table Rate Shipping for WooCommerce

Woocommerce Table Rate Shipping calculate shipping of TOTAL not SUBTOTAL
The problem I encountered is that i offer free shipping on orders over 60. Now expected behaviour if someone uses a discount code that brings it below 60 for the actual total would be to charge postage!
Sadly not so at the moment as it is basing it off the order sub total not total… with no option to change this behaviour
