Returns and Warranty Requests for WooCommerce
Manage the RMA process, add warranties to products, and let customers request and manage returns/exchanges from their account.
Only numbers in the order number field
When some want’s to submit a new RMA, they can write anything in the order number field, not just numbers. Please make it at least a number type input field, even if there is no additional validation applied.
Also, for the requests, we usually have 2-3 # characters before the order number, this might be a bug, but also, if the user can put in any character, not just numbers, it doesn’t help.
