My subscriptions don’t expire, they get put ON HOLD until the customer renews.
I’d like to be able to send an email if a subscription has been On Hold for X number of days.
And it wouldn’t work if it was X days after put On Hold, because if/when they renew, we wouldn’t want the reminder email to be sent.
