Hello, we are using your plugin since 1 year now and today we did our yearly renewal. Since January 2021 there is no update or upgrade on plugin. On the past and also today we request the following:
If a new ticket or a reply from customer on ticket, just to receive a notification for the issue by email. Is very uncomfortable 5 times per day or even more to login our WP site and check if a new ticket open or reply from customer. A short notification by email to us for above cases will be the ideal.
