High-Performance order storage (COT) incompatibility with WooCommerce Memberships

I was attempting to enable High-Performance Order Storage (COT) in WooCommerce, but unfortunately, I am unable to enable it due to incompatibility with your plugin.
Is there any workaround or solution available to resolve this issue? I value your plugin’s functionality and would like to continue using it in conjunction with WooCommerce.
